Senior Process Integration Engineering (Silicon Photonic)

What you will do

• Develop and integrate silicon photonic processes for 300mm semiconductor manufacturing.
• Support technologies including RF, FinFET, FDSOI, and eNVM.
• Collaborate with process module and packaging teams to develop process solutions.
• Work with technology development and business units to define project scope and address technical requirements.
• Drive technology cost reduction, process convergence, and yield improvement.
• Support environmental, health, safety, and security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years, master’s degree with 1+ years, or PhD with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Degree in electrical engineering, materials science, solid-state physics, or a related engineering or physical science discipline.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering advanced technology for mass production.
• Strong project management skills, including schedule, scope, and cost trade-offs.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, clients, and internal and external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with FEOL/BEOL processes and FinFET or FDSOI technologies.
• Strong FEOL, MOL, and BEOL process development and characterization knowledge.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and structured problem solving.
• Results-oriented approach and ability to succeed in a fast-paced professional environment.
