Process Engineer III Senior (Semiconductor)

Location: Gloucester, MA, United States; onsite role with 10% travel. Relocation is eligible.

Salary: $108,000–$148,500 per year

What you will do

• Design, collect data from, analyze, and report on process engineering experiments within safety guidelines.
• Perform hardware characterization on moderately difficult systems.
• Troubleshoot process engineering issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Measure film properties, organize technical data, and interpret results.
• Create product documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
• Work with customers, vendors, and suppliers while implementing new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in process engineering and the ability to broaden technical capabilities.
• Experience solving moderately complex technical problems using judgment, technical experience, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Ability to work within safety guidelines, business policies, and established processes.
• Ability to work onsite in Gloucester, Massachusetts, with 10% travel.
