Attorney

Location: Hybrid role requiring office time at 390 N Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida

Salary: $117,500–$163,000 per year, with potential yearly incentive pay of up to 24% of base salary.

What you will do

• Handle first- and third-party bodily injury litigation matters.
• Own assigned files and develop case strategies through litigation.
• Prepare and summarize reports for legal proceedings.
• Attend and participate in trials, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
• Meet with clients and collaborate with attorneys and support staff.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of civil trial litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense and bodily injury cases.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Active license to practice law in Florida and good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Experience with jury trials, mediations, depositions, file ownership, and electronic case work.
• Knowledge of local and state discovery rules, trial procedures, and applicable substantive law.
• Must be eligible to work lawfully in the United States immediately; visa sponsorship is not available.
