Oracle Cloud Enablement Director

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; onsite at 4202 E Fowler Ave

Hiring salary: $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead enablement and user adoption resources for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and optimization initiatives.
• Develop role-based training materials, release-readiness content, communications, and process guidance for end users.
• Partner with Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, program management, change management, and implementation teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews to align learning and adoption resources with program milestones.
• Develop and govern Oracle Cloud knowledge resources, documentation, and supporting materials.
• Monitor training participation, user feedback, readiness, and adoption outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or an IT-related field plus five years of IT or project management experience, or nine years of relevant IT or project management experience.
• Experience with stakeholder relationship management, organizational change management, problem management, requirements management, and governance.
• Current work authorization in the United States is required.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, outcome orientation, and continuous-learning skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation or optimization initiatives.
• Experience with organizational readiness, user adoption, training, and change management for enterprise systems.
• Experience working with Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and business stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile project or program delivery environments.
• Experience in higher education or other complex enterprise organizations.
