Technology Change Management, Director

Location: Chicago, United States. The role requires travel up to 50% throughout Canada and the United States.

Salary: $134,000–$269,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives, including organizational change, finance transformation, operating model redesign, shared services, business process improvement, and technology implementations.
• Advise executive stakeholders, lead strategic workshops, and align transformation strategies with business outcomes.
• Design and implement change management strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Lead delivery excellence across multiple client engagements and serve as an executive relationship lead.
• Develop client relationships, support proposals and sales pursuits, and expand accounts and market presence.
• Build, mentor, coach, and develop consulting teams while improving methodologies and delivery approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, psychology, communications, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience leading organizational change, transformation, or consulting initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs and building client relationships.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams in consulting or professional services.
• Ability to travel up to 50% throughout Canada and the United States.

• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, or PMP certification.
