Senior Change Management Consultant (Enterprise AI & Employee Experience)

What you will do

• Define and execute the end-to-end organizational change management strategy for an enterprise AI-powered employee support platform.
• Build stakeholder impact assessments, sponsorship roadmaps, governance integration, and adoption-measurement frameworks using ADKAR or equivalent methodologies.
• Produce executive communications, multi-channel campaigns, awareness guides, role-based enablement content, and adoption nudges for multilingual, multi-site audiences.
• Build and operate change champion networks across corporate, retail, distribution, and operational sites.
• Drive readiness, hypercare communications, reinforcement plans, status reporting, and phased rollout waves under compressed deployment timelines.
• Collaborate with technical program and product leads while managing operational freeze periods and preventing fallback to manual processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of dedicated professional change management experience, including at least 3 years supporting enterprise HR, IT service, or employee-experience technology implementations.
• Demonstrated success driving adoption of a new AI, self-service, or conversational tool across a large, multi-site workforce, including deskless or non-desk employees.
• Ability to own change strategy from the beginning and execute communications, training, and adoption work hands-on without dedicated instructional design or communications support.
• Strong executive communication, analytical problem-solving, and structured change-management skills within condensed go-live timelines.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with enterprise conversational AI or HR service delivery platforms such as Moveworks, Aisera, or ServiceNow HRSD.
• Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, or equivalent change management certification.
• HR domain experience covering employee support lifecycles, case management, and HR operations.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, or large multi-brand enterprises with deskless workforce and seasonal operating constraints.
• Experience with enterprise email marketing platforms and intranet knowledge repositories.
