Digital Consulting Manager (Oracle EPM Planning)

Location: Chicago, United States; willingness to travel up to 50% as needed

Base salary: $145,000–$170,000 per year; eligible for annual incentive compensation with total estimated compensation of $174,000–$204,000

What you will do

• Manage and deliver Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects.
• Plan, shape, and implement technology solutions aligned with client goals.
• Lead functional and technical work across projects of different scales and durations.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and collaborate with internal project teams.
• Mentor and train junior staff in project management and technical capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• 2–4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist.
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS) implementation projects.
• Experience as a functional application specialist, with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
