What you will do

• Plan and develop seasonal private-label Home collections in collaboration with management.
• Manage end-to-end buying and product development across Home categories, with a focus on home textiles.
• Translate brand direction, market trends, and customer needs into commercial product assortments.
• Oversee sourcing, production, quality control, delivery, and related buying workflows.
• Negotiate with international suppliers on pricing, specifications, quality, quantities, timelines, and delivery.
• Analyze product and category performance and collaborate with brand, design, marketing, and operations stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, textile management, buying, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant buying experience, ideally in Home or Home Textiles.
• Buying experience with an established Home, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brand.
• Strong knowledge of home textiles, fabrics, materials, product development, sourcing, and production.
• Strong commercial understanding of trends, competition, pricing, and assortment strategy.
• Fluent English and strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
