Demand Planner Wholesale (Fashion)

Location: Berlin, Germany. Flexible hybrid working model subject to team specifications. Relocation assistance is available, including visa support.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end wholesale planning across pre-season, sales market, and in-season trading.
• Translate budgets, historical performance, and commercial targets into seasonal demand forecasts by market and account.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, order intake, account performance, and regional trends against budgets and forecasts.
• Identify reorder, replenishment, shortage, excess stock, and inventory reallocation opportunities.
• Build reporting tools and planning processes that improve visibility at account, regional, and product levels.
• Coordinate with Wholesale, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations on demand, inventory, production, delivery, and financial planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in wholesale planning, merchandising, or a comparable analytical role within the fashion industry.
• Experience owning planning and performance analysis across multiple markets or key accounts.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, organizational, and commercial skills with strong ownership and autonomy.
• Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tool skills.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with JOOR or similar wholesale platforms.
• German language skills.
