Senior Manager, Marketing Technology Developer, Digital Banking (Fintech)

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage and optimize customer journeys across Braze and Segment.
• Configure and develop email and push communications, audience segmentation, and personalized campaigns.
• Own A/B testing and product analytics in Statsig to improve marketing performance.
• Build APIs, handle JSON data, and implement integrations within an event-driven architecture.
• Troubleshoot Martech capabilities, resolve bugs, and improve platform usability, speed, and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, business management, stakeholders, and external vendors while maintaining technical documentation and proof-of-concept solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience developing or operationally managing client-facing technologies.
• Experience with marketing automation and customer journeys using platforms such as Braze and Segment CDP.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with APIs, technical documentation, agile development, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, time management, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with WordPress, content management systems, digital advertising, and customer data platforms.
• Experience building APIs.
