Field Marketing Manager, Middle East & Africa (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within Europe; willingness to travel approximately 25% across the Middle East and Africa region is required.

What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans aligned with Middle East and Africa pipeline and revenue targets.
• Drive full-funnel demand generation across priority accounts and key market segments.
• Deliver executive roundtables, hosted events, industry conferences, webinars, partner activations, and localized global campaigns.
• Build targeted, multi-touch campaigns and personalized engagement strategies for strategic enterprise accounts.
• Develop joint marketing programs with channel partners and create scalable partner-led go-to-market motions.
• Track pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI metrics to optimize programs and investment decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within B2B technology.
• Experience developing and executing regional marketing programs across the Middle East and Africa, particularly UAE, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa.
• Experience building channel-led marketing programs within a B2B technology or partner ecosystem.
• Fluency in English; Arabic fluency is preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, stakeholder management, marketing analytics, attribution, and optimization skills.
• Understanding of cloud-native, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security concepts is highly desirable.

• Experience in security, cloud, or developer tools.
• Fluency in Arabic.
