Content Marketing Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: United States; remote

Base salary: $140,000–$188,000 per year, plus potential equity plan participation.

What you will do

• Create flagship, point-of-view content with Insights, Policy, leadership, and subject-matter experts.
• Own distribution across owned channels and coordinate with Demand Generation, Communications, paid promotion, earned media, and executive voice teams.
• Oversee corporate social channels and manage the blog and Resources hub.
• Define TRM’s voice and tone through style guides, templates, and AI workflows.
• Partner with technical and agency specialists on SEO/GEO strategy and content performance.
• Build scalable systems and publish quickly across formats, including turning white papers into blog content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B content marketing experience with a portfolio of flagship, point-of-view work.
• Strong editorial judgment and experience establishing standards adopted by other teams.
• AI-native experience across research, drafting, repurposing, and optimization.
• Experience with SEO/GEO specialists and ownership of content performance.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to explain nuanced technical topics to different audiences.
• Cybersecurity, threat intelligence, fintech, or public-sector experience is strongly valued.
