Senior Field Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in the United States; willingness to travel approximately 30–40% for events throughout the US is required.

What you will do

• Develop and manage the annual field events calendar across tier 1 conferences, regional roadshows, and Onyx-hosted experiences.
• Lead end-to-end execution for major cybersecurity conferences such as Black Hat and RSA, including booths, sponsorships, speaking submissions, vendors, and on-site coordination.
• Design regional programs, executive roundtables, customer experiences, and channel marketing events in partnership with sales and channel teams.
• Build repeatable event playbooks and integrate events into broader demand generation and content campaigns.
• Coordinate pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up with Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives.
• Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, procurement, and CRM/marketing automation data for pipeline attribution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of field marketing experience, including 2–3 years in B2B cybersecurity, cloud technologies, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven ownership of major industry events such as RSA and Black Hat from strategy through execution.
• Experience operating independently or within a small team while managing both strategy and hands-on execution.
• Strong understanding of sales partnership, pipeline generation, revenue, and event ROI.
• Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Experience managing field marketing budgets at a startup or high-growth company and proficiency with tools such as Salesforce.
