2027 Entry Level: Buyer (Procurement)

Location: USA-CA-Balboa–Solar; onsite five days a week

Salary: $77,264–$115,896 per year

What you will do

• Create, manage, and follow up on purchase orders.
• Communicate forecasts, demand, and delivery requirements to suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance across quality, cost, and delivery.
• Build supplier relationships and support contract preparation, negotiations, and execution.
• Identify supply and material risks, resolve supplier issues, and develop solutions with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Planning, and other teams while supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal partners.
• Experience with ERP software and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Fluent business English, written and spoken.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; the position requires onsite work five days per week.

Nice to have

• Previous Supply Chain experience or an internship.
• Supply Chain certification such as APICS, IIPMR, ISCEA, or ISM.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification.
