Founder's Associate

Location: Berlin, Germany; on-site five days a week

What you will do

• Drive high-priority strategic growth initiatives across product, marketing, and finance.
• Research complex business problems, analyze data, and build practical solutions with the CEO and founders.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement tools and workflows that improve productivity and scalability.
• Coordinate cross-functional sprints between technical and business teams.
• Conduct competitive analysis and financial modeling to assess new ventures and support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Ability to rapidly learn new business models, technical concepts, and industries.
• Experience owning projects and delivering tangible results in a high-growth startup, top-tier consulting firm, or rigorous academic environment.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex information.
• High self-motivation and a resourceful, hands-on approach to execution.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Berlin office five days a week.

Nice to have

• Practical experience in the AdTech ecosystem.
• Experience in a venture capital environment.
