Senior Email Deliverability Consultant (Email Deliverability)

What you will do

• Provide deliverability support, reporting, recommendations, and troubleshooting for customers and internal teams.
• Manage incoming tickets and a portfolio of customers with paid Deliverability Services Consulting engagements.
• Conduct investigations, reviews, and audits of email sending practices, including blocklists, spam traps, and ISP issues.
• Develop IP warming schedules, monitor progress, and improve customer sending reputation and email performance metrics.
• Provide long-term deliverability planning for high-touch, high-visibility brands using hirify.global infrastructure.
• Contribute to strategic projects involving process maturity, product development, thought leadership, and customer education.

Requirements

• Three to four years of experience providing email deliverability services at an ESP, agency, or large brand.
• Proficiency in deliverability concepts and industry best practices.
• Experience identifying and remediating deliverability issues.
• Ability to present technical findings and recommendations in a clear, customer-facing format.
• Customer management skills and polished communication abilities.
