What you will do

• Lead consulting projects day to day as the on-scene engagement leader.
• Guide teams through structured problem-solving from initial analysis to a cohesive solution.
• Ensure recommendations are correct, practical, relevant, and actionable.
• Lead strategic thinking while managing technical and operational execution details.
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across transportation and advanced industrial sectors.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar organization.
• In-depth knowledge of transportation and advanced industrial sectors, including aerospace and defence, automotive, aviation, and industrial goods.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret sophisticated analyses and identify trends.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program and willingness to travel.
