Staff Program Manager, Cost Out & Productivity (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Coppell, Texas, United States; office attendance required at least 3 days per week

Salary: $115,000–$166,500 per year, plus potential annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own cost-to-serve performance across the partner portfolio, including measurement frameworks, targets, and improvement roadmaps.
• Analyze cost trends, pricing anomalies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for consolidation or renegotiation.
• Embed cost and productivity metrics into vendor scorecards and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Lead cross-functional cost-reduction initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC to eliminate process waste.
• Build dashboards, models, and reporting infrastructure that provide real-time visibility into partner-category costs.
• Develop cost-optimization playbooks, present business cases to senior leaders, and mentor category leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in program management, cost or productivity management, operations, or a related field.
• Experience independently leading complex, data-driven cost-reduction or productivity programs across functions.
• Ability to define governance mechanisms, metrics, controls, and performance systems in ambiguous environments.
• Advanced experience with tools such as Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.

Nice to have

• Experience in vendor management, supply chain, service-provider ecosystems, transportation, logistics, or autonomous vehicle operations.
• Experience scaling cost tracking and governance across multiple programs or partner categories.
• PMP, CSP, Six Sigma, CFSE/P, or other relevant safety or project management certifications.
• Experience with Jira, Jama, Confluence, or Google Suite.
