Senior Program Manager, People Experience

Location: Foster City, California, United States; hybrid workplace

Base salary: $165,000–$199,000 per year, plus potential RSUs, Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights, and sign-on bonus

Zoox’s People Experience organization supports Talent Acquisition operations, planning, reporting, tooling, and enablement at scale.

What you will do

• Lead Talent Operations programs end to end, including referral rewards, requisition administration, process improvements, and tooling rollouts.
• Build and maintain hiring capacity planning methodology aligned with business growth targets.
• Plan and execute large-scale industry conferences, including budgets, vendors, and operational logistics.
• Coordinate with Recruiting leadership, HRIS, Legal, and other stakeholders across Talent initiatives.
• Manage Talent tooling vendors such as Lever, Gem, LinkedIn, and ModernLoop, including roadmaps, budgets, and contracts.
• Own executive reporting, including the Monthly Hiring Report, and support data governance for Workday-based reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant program management experience focused on Talent Acquisition operations, recruiting programs, or workforce and hiring capacity planning.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable operational programs in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise with recruiting and Talent Acquisition systems and tooling, such as Lever, Gem, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, or similar functions on sensitive, high-visibility initiatives.
• Experience planning large-scale conferences, corporate events, or offsites with budget and vendor management.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting interview standardization, calibration, onboarding curricula, or Talent enablement initiatives.
• Experience with responsible AI adoption in interviewing and recruiting.
