Staff Program Manager, Operational Quality (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Coppell, Texas, United States; hybrid with at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $115,000–$166,500 per year, plus annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.

What you will do

• Monitor vendor operational performance against SOPs and commitments, including uptime, recovery time, and on-time delivery.
• Flag performance deviations and emerging operational risks to Autonomous Operations leadership.
• Coordinate resolution of active escalations with category leads, the Command Center, and field operations.
• Maintain accurate scorecard and performance data for metric reviews and leadership reporting.
• Improve monitoring processes and escalation models using Lean/DMAIC principles where appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, performance monitoring, quality management, or a related field.
• Experience maintaining scorecards or performance dashboards with strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to identify and escalate operational risks in a timely and organized manner.
• Effective communication across cross-functional and multi-level stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or autonomous vehicle operations.
• PMP, CSP, Six Sigma, CFSE/P, or other relevant safety or project management certification.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Experience developing and improving Safety Performance Indicators.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and using Jira, Jama, Confluence, or Google Suite.
