Senior Program Manager, Eval Operations (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Mountain View, California (HQ)

Salary: $132,000–$198,000 base pay annually, plus annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Run intake, triage, prioritization, and escalation processes for the evaluation organization.
• Refine validation workflows and improve operating mechanisms as evaluation complexity grows.
• Coordinate active validation cycles by identifying blockers, clarifying priorities, and aligning multiple software teams.
• Partner with Autonomy Engineering and Systems Engineering on validation requirements and competing priorities.
• Safeguard data integrity across validation outputs and manage capacity across external vendors and internal resources.
• Build metrics, reporting, and review mechanisms to track progress, risks, bottlenecks, and quality trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering operations, or a related field.
• Experience building and improving operating mechanisms for complex technical organizations.
• Strong critical thinking, structured problem-solving, risk management, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating delivery across onshore and offshore teams.
• Ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and turn results into decisions and recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Background in software validation, QA, or quality engineering, with an understanding of validation methodology.
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or safety-critical systems.
