Senior User Experience Design Specialist

Location: Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid work model

Annual base salary: $145,104–$216,128. Targeted combined compensation range: $159,500–$245,600.

What you will do

• Design user flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and actionable features based on business requirements and user needs.
• Analyze applications, systems, and user interactions across web, multimedia, voice response, and conversational interfaces.
• Develop and communicate design strategies while translating requirements into user-centered solutions.
• Evaluate and improve product usefulness, usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Application Engineering to implement and refine designs.
• Ensure usability and accessibility standards are followed throughout the design lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Interactive Arts and Technology, or a related field, plus six years of relevant experience; alternatively, a master’s degree plus four years of relevant experience.
• At least four years of experience with user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• At least four years of experience creating low- and high-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes, task flows, user journey maps, and storyboards.
• Experience with interaction design principles, information architecture, inclusive design, and accessibility practices.
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator and with design thinking methods.
