What you will do

• Provide UI/UX design, research, and development plans for client applications.
• Apply human-centered design and design thinking to create intuitive digital experiences.
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality design solutions.
• Design responsive web and mobile application experiences.
• Communicate design requirements to development teams.

Requirements

• US citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Polygraph are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience with user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Proficiency with UI/UX tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Five years of experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma and Axure.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Experience with responsive and mobile-specific design considerations.
• Familiarity with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Knowledge of emerging UI/UX technologies such as AR/VR and voice UI.
• Experience analyzing user feedback and iterating on design solutions.
