What you will do

• Lead UX work from discovery through delivery, including problem framing, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction specifications, and design quality assurance.
• Design clear, efficient, and scalable experiences for complex workflows and data-rich interfaces.
• Shape information architecture, interaction models, reusable patterns, and design system contributions across digital products.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and CX teams to resolve ambiguity and deliver feasible solutions.
• Design AI-enabled experiences with clear decision points, understandable responses, exception handling, and appropriate human review.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for usability, accessibility, ethics, and accuracy while refining prompts and interactions.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product work, thoughtful decision-making, and delivered outcomes.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, workflow design, and prototyping.
• Experience designing enterprise, workflow-heavy, or data-rich digital products.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content partners.
• Practical understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Ability to evaluate AI-enabled experiences, including trust, accuracy, user control, and design tradeoffs.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-enabled experiences or conversational workflows.
• Experience in healthcare, regulated environments, enterprise software, or operations-focused products.
• Experience supporting design systems or pattern libraries.
