Threat Intelligence Response Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: London, England, UK; hybrid role. Shift-based schedule: 9:00am–6:00pm GMT for UK-based coverage.

What you will do

• Triage alerts across a portfolio of clients from multiple industries.
• Analyze observed threats and provide actionable intelligence that helps clients mitigate cyber risks.
• Conduct ad-hoc research and investigations for Managed Services customers.
• Collaborate with Services and Product teams to support successful deployments in customer environments.

Requirements

• Practical experience in threat intelligence, incident response, or security monitoring.
• Solid knowledge of open source intelligence techniques applied to phishing, credential harvesting, domain monitoring, dark web monitoring, and threat actor profiling.
• Working knowledge of DNS, HTTP, email infrastructure, web hosting, and malware delivery mechanisms.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and communicate actionable intelligence to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including customer-facing experience.
• Comfort working independently in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Security+ certification completed or in progress.
• Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Notion, or Zendesk.
