Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst (Blockchain Intelligence)

Location: Remote in the United States, EMEA, Singapore, South Korea, or the United Kingdom

Salary: $140,000–$168,000 annually in the United States; other countries use different local market ranges. Equity may also be available.

What you will do

• Lead the hacks intelligence category, including metrics, operating systems, and a contractor team working around the clock.
• Run incident response for major hacks, including triage, cross-functional coordination, communications, war rooms, and post-incident reports.
• Ensure major hacks are identified and visible to customers within hours of credible public reporting.
• Maintain complete hack records covering entities, theft addresses, dates, amounts, and hack types.
• Design blockchain tracing and attribution systems with Data Science and Engineering teams to follow stolen funds across chains, bridges, swaps, and mixers.
• Use AI to build analytical tools and agents, produce technical analysis, and identify vulnerable contracts before exploitation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in blockchain intelligence, crypto investigations, cyber threat intelligence, incident response, or a related field.
• Experience owning high-stakes incident response, including war rooms, incident reports, and communications under pressure.
• Strong tracing skills across BTC, EVM, TRON, and Solana, including bridges, cross-chain swaps, and mixers.
• Understanding of DeFi, bridge, and exchange exploits and attacker behavior after theft.
• Applied AI fluency, including building AI-assisted or agentic workflows and validating their outputs.
• Experience managing contractors or leading a small team, with strong technical and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Smart-contract reverse-engineering experience with Solidity.
• Experience at a security auditor or blockchain analytics firm.
• Experience tracking specific well-known hacker groups.
