Senior AI & Cyber Defense Specialist

Location: Munich or London, with office attendance required 2–3 days per week. Training is delivered remotely and onsite, with occasional international travel and travel within the DACH region and across EMEA.

What you will do

• Design classroom, virtual, e-learning, and on-demand cybersecurity training.
• Deliver instructor-led technical training, workshops, demonstrations, practical exercises, and scenario-based sessions.
• Develop certification programs and educational technologies.
• Explain complex cybersecurity concepts through clear, structured, and engaging learning experiences.
• Manage virtual and in-person training schedules, learner administration, session preparation, and follow-up.
• Support a global cyber defense education service while working with established curricula and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in German and English, including the ability to deliver technical training and answer questions confidently in both languages.
• Strong practical knowledge of IT and cybersecurity fundamentals, including enterprise networking, network protocols, network and endpoint security, cloud environments, identity, email security, threats, vulnerabilities, security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, security operations, and SIEM concepts.
• Demonstrable experience delivering technical training, workshops, product education, or classroom instruction to professional audiences.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established curricula, delivery standards, and operational processes.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region and occasionally across EMEA.
