What you will do
- Set up country-specific fee templates and site fee schedules during study start-up.
- Coordinate with Contract Managers to align payment terms with contract budgets.
- Monitor payable items, generate payment requests, and communicate payment processes to clinical trial sites as the SPOC.
- Validate invoices against completed services and contract terms, correct discrepancies, and initiate approval workflows.
- Update fee templates and payee information after amendments, reconcile changed fees, and manage outdated schedules.
- Ensure holdbacks and outstanding invoices are settled during study close-out, while supporting financial reviews and accrual reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of Site Payments experience.
- Advanced English required for spoken, written, and read communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Understanding of electronic data capture and basic data processing functions.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, prioritization, deadline management, and collaboration skills.
