Analyst, Treasury

Location: Asturias, Spain; flexible home office opportunities are available.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day global treasury operations across the region.
• Manage banking documentation, including account openings, closures, KYC activities, guarantees, and related agreements.
• Maintain banking portal access, user administration, and security controls.
• Perform cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and cash forecasting.
• Support payment settlement, treasury reconciliations, foreign exchange transactions, and other financial instruments.
• Manage treasury systems and support in-house banking, audits, projects, automation, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, law, or a related field.
• Experience in finance, treasury, banking, or accounting.
• Understanding of treasury processes, liquidity management, and financial instruments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Quantum, Finastra, 360T, SWIFT, or other treasury management systems.
• Exposure to global or regional treasury operations in a multinational organization.
• Experience driving automation, process optimization, or treasury transformation initiatives.
