Treasury Operations Analyst (Parental Leave)

What you will do

• Monitor and manage working capital funding requirements to maintain optimal liquidity across global entities.
• Administer corporate banking and payment platforms, including configurations, user access, and permissions.
• Maintain bank account mandates and authorized signatories across global accounts.
• Lead treasury SOX compliance activities and serve as the treasury contact for the annual audit and financial close.
• Manage KYC and AML requirements, banking partner relationships, treasury vendor purchase orders, and employee inquiries.
• Partner with Accounting and FP&A to resolve payment issues, platform problems, and month-end close matters.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate treasury or finance operations.
• Experience with corporate banking portals, payment systems, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP platform.
