Student Finance QA Analyst

Location: Lisle, Illinois, USA; hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week, Monday–Thursday

Salary: $17.15–$24.04 per hour

What you will do

• Process student finance activities according to documented procedures.
• Apply Title IV regulations to financial aid operations and research relevant regulatory issues.
• Run reports to identify, track, and follow up on outstanding student accounts.
• Communicate student and account information with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Complete daily and weekly production reports while meeting deadlines and service-level expectations.
• Identify operational and compliance risks while managing multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in student accounts and/or financial aid preferred.
• Customer service, verbal communication, professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, prioritize workload, and manage multiple tasks.
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel, database, and internet application skills, plus strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain access to the NSLDS system and must not be in default of Title IV federal aid.
