Senior Analyst Invoice to Cash (Finance)

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil; hybrid schedule with work from home up to 2 days per week depending on team needs

What you will do

• Manage debt collection for an assigned portfolio of regional customers.
• Handle invoice validation, billing queries, account statements, and payment allocation.
• Monitor live accounts and support cash-flow forecasting.
• Reconcile billing disputes and historical debts, and negotiate repayment plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues affecting cash collection and revenue recognition.
• Maintain customer data in CMS and support billing training, escalations, and service suspension processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or economics, or equivalent education and work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in billing or debt collection.
• Fluent English and Portuguese, with advanced Spanish speaking skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for manipulating and consolidating debtor or billing data, plus experience with Lotus Notes and MS Office.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, communication, presentation, financial analysis, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively across culturally diverse teams.

Nice to have

• International debt collection or customer billing experience.
• Membership in the Institute of Credit Management.
