Data Operations and ETL Analyst

What you will do

• Execute and monitor manual and automated data processing workflows from parsing through Operational Data and Business Objects loading.
• Manage Informatica PowerCenter workflows, mappings, file dependencies, directories, and source files.
• Investigate ETL failures, workflow errors, database issues, and data discrepancies across production environments.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks throughout the ETL lifecycle.
• Maintain production controls, runbooks, knowledge articles, and support business continuity and disaster recovery activities.
• Communicate processing status, incidents, risks, and resolutions with Operations, Technical Support, Database Administrators, and global production teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Data Operations, Production Support, ETL Operations, or Application Support.
• Experience supporting production environments and critical data processing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter Workflow Manager and Workflow Monitor.
• Proficiency in SQL, database troubleshooting, ETL concepts, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience with Windows and Linux servers, file transfer tools, batch scripting, and job scheduling.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare, pharmaceutical, or commercial data environments.
• Incident and problem management, root cause analysis, and process improvement experience.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, GitLab, ID Gatekeeper, or JIRA.
