Salary: $119,500.00–$199,100.00 per year

What you will do

• Develop new banking relationships with small business prospects and service existing clients.
• Manage a portfolio of loan and deposit relationships, including complex and high-value accounts.
• Evaluate credit information, loan requests, financial statements, and tax returns; recommend appropriate loan structures.
• Negotiate with underwriters and clients to maximize revenue and manage risk.
• Work with branch partners and referral sources to cross-sell cash management, merchant services, trade services, and other banking products.
• Manage sales goals, relationship-managed clients, loan production, deposits, portfolio performance, and client call targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong credit skills and the ability to analyze financial statements and tax returns.
• Knowledge of business banking cash management, merchant services, and trade services products.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of personal computers and department software.
