What you will do
- Manage assigned client print projects through production, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Maintain and monitor production orders, schedules, deliverables, and project health.
- Coordinate project details between clients, sales, and production teams.
- Identify, resolve, communicate, and escalate order, product, and delivery issues.
- Prepare project status reports and support sales and client needs for strategic and national accounts.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure quality and delivery expectations are met.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of project management experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with print is desired; other project management backgrounds are considered.
- Experience with project management software is desired.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to have
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
