Project Manager - Design

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, USA; hybrid role with office attendance required three days per week

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams through all design phases.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, and design deliverables.
• Act as the primary client liaison during the design phase and manage expectations.
• Coordinate internal resources and external design partners to deliver accurate work on schedule.
• Manage design changes, scope adjustments, fee impacts, revisions, and project financial performance.
• Maintain quality standards, documentation requirements, client relationships, and support proposal activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related design discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of project management experience in an architecture, engineering, or design-focused firm.
• Demonstrated experience managing design teams and design deliverables rather than construction field execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Working knowledge of architectural and engineering design processes, interdisciplinary coordination, and document delivery.
• Ability to work in the Omaha office three days per week.
