Artwork Project Manager (Packaging)

Location: Fully remote within North America (US/Canada)

Salary: CAD 50,000–60,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of high-volume packaging artwork projects for a leading snack brand.
• Coordinate project scopes, schedules, budgets, milestones, submissions, approvals, and client communications.
• Traffic artwork production and prepress activities, translating client instructions into clear actions for internal teams, printers, and suppliers.
• Set up projects and approvers in workflow systems, manage estimates and purchase orders, and improve project organization.
• Review supplied artwork for technical and content accuracy, monitor color quality, and implement corrective actions.
• Support production teams, troubleshoot complex issues, guide best practices, and contribute to continuous workflow improvement.

Requirements

• Remote work must be performed within North America, specifically the US or Canada.
• Microsoft Office experience and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, strategic-thinking, problem-solving, and client-management skills.
• Working knowledge of artwork management systems and the ability to manage multiple changing demands.
• Entry-level profile with 2–3 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients, printers, suppliers, and cross-functional production teams.

Nice to have

• Adobe Creative Suite experience or Adobe certification.
• Experience in packaging, artwork, creative project management, print, production, design, prepress, or color management theory.
• Previous customer service or project management experience, or a project management certification.
• High school education or higher.
