Project Manager, Talent Services Delivery

What you will do

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, schedules, work plans, and deliverables.
• Track billable and nonbillable costs to support accurate billing.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Manage project risks, issues, communication, quality, and performance.
• Mentor and coach Project Coordinators and directly manage consultants.
• Build team cohesion, provide performance feedback, and support team performance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a related professional role.
• Strong attention to detail and oral and written communication skills.
• Experience presenting to customer stakeholders or senior management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive and meet deliverables.
• Experience tracking process or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and motivate teams to deliver quality work.
