Associate Project Manager (Digital Signage)

Location: Fully remote for external candidates in Florida, North Carolina, or Texas

What you will do

• Support planning, scheduling, and tracking for strategic enterprise initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support to track milestones and remove delivery blockers.
• Facilitate stand-ups, status reviews, planning sessions, retrospectives, and post-mortems.
• Create project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder updates for executive sponsors.
• Manage workstreams, project health metrics, risks, delays, and resource capacity.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Strong organizational, time-management, prioritization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

Nice to have

• CAPM, CSM, PSM I, or another project management certification.
