Warehouse Operative (Broadcast)

Location: Remote (GB), with the role based at the NEP UK Bracknell HQ. Monday to Friday shifts between 8am and 8pm, with occasional weekend cover, normally no more than one weekend in four.

NEP UK supports live sporting, entertainment and broadcast productions by preparing professional equipment, outside broadcast vehicles and flypack systems.

What you will do

• Prepare broadcast equipment and technical kits against production load lists.
• Perform pre-deployment checks to ensure equipment is complete, clean and ready for use.
• Load and unload outside broadcast vehicles and safely handle production equipment.
• Prepare flypack systems and restore OB trucks and flypacks after productions.
• Receive, check, store, scan, register and track equipment using asset management systems.
• Coordinate dispatch documentation, deliveries, collections and equipment movements while maintaining a safe and organised warehouse.

Requirements

• Practical, organised and hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment with changing priorities.
• Good communication, collaboration, initiative and time-management skills.
• Comfort using basic IT systems and willingness to learn specialist equipment and asset-management systems.
• Warehouse, logistics, technical, events or equipment-handling experience is useful but not essential.

Nice to have

• Forklift licence; training can be provided.
• Full UK driving licence.
