Location: Canvey Island, Essex, United Kingdom; onsite yard work required

operates IAA, a global marketplace and auction platform for damaged, salvage, and low-value vehicles.
What you will do
- Move and organize vehicles through the yard for deliveries, collections, marketing, and storage.
- Clean vehicles and prepare them for high-quality photographs.
- Process logbooks, document packs, keys, stock inventory, and vehicle destickering in line with client agreements.
- Record vehicle damage accurately and maintain quality control without causing damage to vehicles or parts.
- Liaise with customers and drivers during vehicle loading and offloading, including site access and PPE checks.
- Maintain housekeeping, GDPR compliance, contractual SLAs, and high health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Full driving licence.
- Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to record vehicle damage clearly and accurately in the company system.
- Teamwork, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and basic IT skills.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom and pass right-to-work checks.
Nice to have
- Forklift experience; onsite forklift training will be funded.
- Experience at a salvage site and knowledge of or interest in motor vehicles.
