Electrical Foreman

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electrical teams on site.
• Lead the delivery of large-scale electrical installations in line with project specifications, drawings, and Irish regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress, productivity, labour hours, and project records.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce health and safety standards.
• Manage site materials, tools, equipment, quality checks, and inspections.

Requirements

• Qualified electrician with valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
• At least two years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role within electrical installation.
• Strong knowledge of Irish electrical regulations and standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
