Senior Project Manager (M&E)

What you will do

• Manage all mechanical and electrical aspects of project delivery from start-up through completion.
• Deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget while managing schedules, progress reports, variations, and labour tracking.
• Coordinate technical submittals, approvals, construction programmes, commissioning plans, materials, plant, and equipment.
• Liaise with main contractors, clients, subcontractors, site teams, project managers, site managers, and foremen.
• Manage site meetings, project handover, document management, and project-specific scheduling.
• Communicate innovative project-specific work to the Contracts Manager for research and development.

Requirements

• Extensive project management experience in the mechanical and electrical industry.
• Successful delivery of large-scale mechanical and electrical projects on time and within budget.
• Experience managing large teams, including project managers, site managers, and foremen.
• Construction or project management qualification preferred.
• Ability to work in Bristol, UK.
