What you will do
- Own product features from ideation through delivery, including UX decisions, frontend implementation, and post-launch iteration.
- Build polished and accessible interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ship user-focused features.
- Design and run A/B tests and use Mixpanel or similar analytics tools to improve product decisions.
- Conduct user interviews and meet customers to understand adoption drivers and product usage.
- Write and maintain robust UI tests and take ownership of production quality.
Requirements
- Production experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Product-minded engineering approach with confidence making UX and UI decisions independently.
- Hands-on experience with iterative development, A/B testing, and feature experimentation.
- Familiarity with user analytics tools such as Mixpanel.
- Experience with UI testing frameworks and frontend engineering best practices.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and use user feedback and data to improve features.
Nice to have
- Experience using coding agents such as Claude, Codex, or OpenCode.
- Exposure to backend development, RESTful APIs, and cloud deployments.
- Experience participating in user interviews and product discovery.
