TL;DR
Product Engineer (AI): Owning product components end-to-end, from understanding client needs and defining scope to architecting, shipping, and operating production-grade software with an accent on AI-directed implementation, system design, and product accountability. Focus on reviewing AI-generated code, validating security and performance, deploying reliable systems, and improving them through real-world usage.
Location: Legal residency within the European Union or UK, or valid digital nomad status required

What you will do
- Own a product component end-to-end, from understanding client needs to production operation.
- Define product scope, acceptance criteria, priorities, and feature decisions.
- Design scalable architectures, APIs, data models, and system boundaries.
- Direct AI agents, provide technical instructions, and review generated code.
- Validate correctness, security, performance, reliability, and product alignment.
- Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong full-stack development capability and experience shipping production systems.
- Legal residency within the European Union or UK, or digital nomad status.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Experience with TypeScript, Fastify, PostgreSQL, AWS, Claude Code, Opencode, and Spec-Driven Development.
- Comfort reviewing and refactoring code, with a systems-minded approach and active GitHub contributions preferred.
