What you will do

• Own project scope, timelines, costs, risks, and product quality.
• Lead the development of gas sensing solutions for HVAC applications.
• Align experts across disciplines through structured planning and clear priorities.
• Guide technical and strategic decisions and mitigate risks early.
• Shape products from concept through market launch.

Requirements

• Engineering or science background.
• Solid experience in research and development and industrialization processes.
• Strong understanding of the interfaces between development, operations, quality, and sales.
• Ability to align people, technology, and business goals.
• Ability to combine structured work with flexibility in a dynamic environment.
