Project Manager Electronic Security Systems

hirify.global is recruiting for a partner in Switzerland to deliver electronic security projects.

What you will do

• Manage electronic security projects from initiation through installation, commissioning, testing, and final handover.
• Develop and monitor project plans, coordinating resources, suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, and field technicians.
• Track progress, risks, deadlines, technical issues, hardware availability, and supply constraints.
• Act as the main customer contact and coordinate stakeholder communication throughout delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reporting while driving corrective actions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical project management and electronic security, low-voltage systems, building technologies, or technical integration projects.
• Understanding of installation and commissioning environments, with strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical background in electrical engineering, electronics, automation, IT, building technologies, or a related field.
• Experience with one or more of Genetec, Lenel/LenelS2, PACOM, Milestone, Axis, or comparable security integration platforms.
• English and French are required.
• The role is based in Switzerland.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Experience in data centers or other critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing international or global account projects.
• Previous experience in security system integration projects.
