Sr. Manager, Service Supply Chain Portfolio Management Office

Salary: $130,700–$205,200 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States candidates.

What you will do

• Lead senior individual contributors and managers delivering strategic development projects for complex supply chain functions.
• Define and implement strategies that support expansion into new markets, business lines, and opportunities.
• Partner with executive leadership to align supply chain goals, plans, and progress reporting with company objectives.
• Develop end-to-end business process migration strategies, project plans, and timelines.
• Manage strategic supply chain models covering physical and financial flows and business-system implementation.
• Analyze markets, competitors, internal performance, and growth opportunities; create business cases and financial models for investment decisions.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8–10 years of management experience.
• Experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to lead across procurement, logistics, manufacturing, quality control, research, and marketing.
• Skills in strategic thinking, prioritization, resilience, customer centricity, and team management.
• Work location: Spring, Texas, United States of America.
