CSCM Team Leader (Supply Chain)

Location: Primary location is Austin, Texas, with a geographic focus on Austin and Taylor, Texas. The role includes desk-based and on-site activities and may require domestic or international travel.

Salary: $100,400–$138,050 gross annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team members while coordinating daily execution.
• Manage planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, warehousing, customer deliveries, and material availability.
• Coordinate critical shipments, expedite orders, resolve escalations, and maintain service levels.
• Partner with customers, suppliers, transportation providers, and internal stakeholders to improve performance.
• Monitor operational metrics, identify risks, and lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Support capacity planning, contingency strategies, safety compliance, and regulatory requirements during supply disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in a complex, customer-oriented logistics or supply chain environment.
• Experience with customer engagement, service operations, team leadership, and supply chain process improvement.
• Deep understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, including working knowledge of MRP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and leadership skills.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States export regulations before starting work.
