Lead Business & Data Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Greater London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working model with home working available up to three days per week; second-stage interviews take place in person at the London Bridge Hub.

What you will do

• Lead business and data analysis for complex Membership change initiatives and MCPS project commitments.
• Translate current and future-state processes into business requirements, data requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery artefacts.
• Design and support a revised Salesforce categorisation data model with appropriate governance and reporting requirements.
• Analyse federated data sets, categorisation, demand, case-routing rules and service performance to inform operating model and prioritisation decisions.
• Identify automation opportunities and define requirements for dashboards, reporting and performance monitoring.
• Support stakeholder alignment, testing, validation, defect analysis and implementation across business, data, technology and third-party teams.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior business analyst, data analyst, business intelligence or analytical delivery role.
• Experience analysing complex business problems, processes, data flows and service performance requirements.
• Experience with data modelling, data categorisation, demand analysis, reporting requirements and dashboard design.
• Understanding of CRM, case management, workflow or service-management platforms; Salesforce experience is desirable.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile delivery, requirements management, testing and implementation governance.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication and analytical skills, including confidence using data tools, reporting platforms and Microsoft applications.
